We’ve had the pleasure of working with Visit Worcestershire, an organization dedicated to promoting the county as a destination for both tourists and locals. They encourage visitors to discover Worcestershire’s rich cultural landmarks and enjoy outdoor activities.
In addition to this, they host informative conferences where they bring together businesses to discuss local tourism trends and statistics, featuring insightful guest speakers.
We were tasked with crafting their tourism Management Plan for the years 2024-2029. It’s an exciting opportunity to showcase the county’s diverse attractions and unique charm to visitors from near and far. The brochure had to echo Visit Worcestershire’s brand style.
Using the full colour palette, we wanted to highlight the benefits of tourism and business in Worcestershire using colourful infographics alongside full page photos, offering the reader a vibrant and interesting experience.
Since establishing a relationship with Visit Worcestershire, we have also lent our experience to an array of other promotional material. This has ranged from large exhibition displays to leaflets, to even PowerPoint presentations.
This eventually led to them needing a fresh visual identity and promotional materials for their annual conference. The challenge was to ensure their annual conference content stood out while maintaining alignment with their main brand. To create a clear distinction for the conference, making it recognizable on its own, without getting lost within the broader Visit Worcestershire branding.
The production of the Management Plan was a collaborative process, shared across our team. Through meetings and brainstorming sessions, we combined our varied experiences and opinions to determine the best creative direction. Through rounds of feedback, both amongst ourselves and with Visit Worcester’s team, we are able to perfect the final outcome.
The Conference identity was designed to clearly differentiate its materials. Ensuring it was easily recognizable across a range of platforms, from flyers detailing the conference agenda to eye-catching social media posts. We also created these designs in Canva to ensure Visit Worcestershire’s internal marketing team could easily update and customize posts as needed leading up to the event.
It was a great success, and an excellent showcase of that the region of Worcestershire has to offer.
