Shipton & Co. is a distinguished British jewellery company with a rich heritage dating back to 1870. They are based in Birmingham, which has a renowned history in the jewellery industry, particularly in the Jewellery Quarter.
Also, conveniently, they are only a short train ride away. Shipton & Co. offers a wide array of jewellery, including rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and brooches.
After being approached, we carefully planned and executed a series of product photoshoots. Our in-house photographer worked to create visually stunning compositions to engage potential customers. Every shot, designed to cater to different platforms, ensuring each image was perfectly suited for online and print use.
With the edited jewellery photography finalised, our design team crafted the printed catalogues. We focused on creating a layout that was both visually appealing and user-friendly. We created a variety of different covers for the catalogues, each designed to make a strong first impression. They featured a striking image of one, or multiple, of Shipton & Co’s signature pieces, which had been photographed specifically
for purpose.
It was especially beneficial to have an in-house photographer on this job, as it greatly increased the speed of confirming each photo fitted into its assigned space. With a growing emphasis on online shopping, it was essential that the images were optimized for the client’s Ecommerce site. Following the final retouches and colour-corrections, we sent over the new photography in web-friendly format.
